PRIOR TO TENANCY OF YOUR PROPERTY:

Conduct property evalutation

Provide property condition report (pictures before and after)

Schedule cleaning, repairs, painting (needed basis)

Make copies/obtain keys, fobs, garage clickers, gate remotes, etc.

Coordinate insurance quotes (if needed)
DURING THE LEASE TERM:
- Handle tenant's issues
- Collect rent and deposits for owners
- Schedule maintenance, repairs, appraisals
- Emergency calls
- Track tenants for deliquent payments
- Evictions (if necessary)
- Tenant evaluations
POST RENTAL:
- Provide property evaluation report
- Damage/Evaluation report (security deposit)
- Claim for deposit letter
- Hold escrow, rent & security deposit
