ABOUT COOPER STETSON:

Cooper Stetson co-opened RES’ commercial property management division. As Property Manager of RES commercial properties his responsibilities include stabilization and management of properties, collecting and dispersing rents, oversight of maintenance and repairs, and resolving tenant and property issues. Cooper spearheads the RES Property Management Team and coordinates close triage between RES Property Management and Real Estate Solutions to ensure a comprehensive real estate experience and outstanding service for all RES clients. Cooper brings a decade of experience in commercial real estate to RES, including leasing, sales, property management and development. He is a Licensed Florida Realtor, and Certified Property Management Executive, and well respected by colleagues and customers for his extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the market as well as his strong ability for efficiently resolving issues.

A fourth generation family South Floridian, Cooper was born and raised in the West Palm Beach area. Cooper is a member of the Palm Beach County Board of Realtors and the Landlord Academy and a Certified Property Management Executive. He has completed several Certified Commercial Investment courses towards his professional designation. Cooper spent twelve years in the music business as founder, owner and promoter of the Aggie Theater in Ft. Collins, Colorado and talent buyer for Dolphin Stadium. He is an active member of the not-for profit Make A Wish Foundation
