James Scuttina, RES Rental Division Team Leader, holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Management and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. James specializes in high end residential real estate sales and leasing properties in Downtown West Palm Beach. Whether rental, sales or property management, James’ number one priority is to provide top quality comprehensive Real Estate services to every RES client. Prior to entering the Real Estate industry, James was Director of Strategic Alliances for Computer Associates, a Fortune 300 Company, the third largest software corporation in the world. In this position, he was extensively involved in developing an excellent understanding of high level corporate clients and forming business relationships. James is a master at assessing the needs of each RES customer and then providing residential properties which reflect their specific criteria.
