Sam Fisch, owner of Real Estate Solutions (RES), holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University.  He is well-respected by clients and colleagues as the most educated, efficient and accommodating Real Estate Broker in Downtown West Palm Beach.   Sam’s priorities are to ensure delivery of high quality service and demonstrate RES’ reputation for excellence throughout all aspects of the business.  Sam’s ability to develop RES into a small thriving boutique-style Realty firm, in the current, extremely challenging economic conditions, speaks to his strong philosophy of work hard, perseverance, and dedication to excellence in the business arena and other areas of his life.

Sam is a true Subject Matter Expert in the Downtown West Palm Beach sales and leasing markets, foreclosures and short sales.  His strong entrepreneurial spirit has ties to his start up development and ownership of a successful student travel industry company.  Thriving on new opportunities to partake in stimulating challenges and activities, Sam was a semi professional high stakes poker player for three years.
