Real Estate Solutions Enterprise Group was founded in 2005 to work with investors and property owners in Downtown West Palm Beach to help manage the growing need for leasing, sales and property management in the area. As the market began to shift in 2006, RES managed to grow its market share by offering aggressive and accurate Real Estate knowledge that facilitated successful Real Estate transactions. While most Real Estate firms and agents were moving away from real estate, RES was growing by adding a greater web presence with www.RealEstateSolutionsWPB.com,  adding strategic partnerships with MNET Mortgage and Home Title America, as well as adding a full service short sale and foreclosure department to capture that growing demand in the marketplace. In late 2007, RES purchased its office building at 209 S. Olive Ave in Downtown West Palm Beach to be its flagship location and consolidated the Real Estate, mortgage banking, and Investment companies all under one roof. Customers can get all the services of 3 different companies all at RES's downtown location.
